Creating a Year’s Worth of IT Tips and a Brand Story
The MacGuys+ wanted a full year of content to engage customers, educate them on IT best practices, and create opportunities for newsletters and blog posts. Their goal was to use content across social platforms to drive engagement while also providing valuable insights that could act as a subtle sales tool.
Our Approach
DMM Productions created 52 “tip-style” videos—one for each week of the year—plus a scripted brand story video as a last-minute addition. For the brand story, we used only images provided by The MacGuys+, without any B-roll, and focused on clear, easy-to-understand messaging.
We worked closely on scripting all videos to make technical IT topics approachable and digestible for their audience. The content was designed to be repurposed across social channels, blogs, newsletters, and more.
