GeoComm partnered with DMM Productions to create a film showcasing Iowa’s statewide school safety initiative under Governor Kim Reynolds’ leadership. The project needed to honor the governor’s impact, highlight collaboration across agencies, and position GeoComm as a trusted partner supporting Iowa’s success.
Our Approach
We shaped the narrative around authentic voices from across Iowa—state officials, school administrators, first responders, and GeoComm leadership—to keep the story grounded in community and impact. Our team developed a flexible storyboard and on-site production plan, blending interviews, b-roll, and GeoComm’s advanced mapping visuals to ensure the film felt like a statewide initiative, not a vendor promotion. We captured concise, meaningful sound bites that humanized the technology and emphasized urgency, coordination, and trust. The final video was crafted for wide use, including television, statewide media outlets, PRNewswire distribution, and digital channels.
