Case Study: AquaPak: Showing How a Packaged Pump Station Gets Built

The Challenge

Reiner Pump Systems represents USEMCO across the Pacific Northwest, where most pump stations are still built in the field, piece by piece. The AquaPak is the alternative: a complete station engineered, built, coated, wired, and tested in a factory, then delivered ready to set. That advantage is hard to explain in a sales meeting, because most of the work happens a thousand miles from the jobsite. USEMCO and Reiner needed a way to show engineers and municipalities what goes into an AquaPak, using a real project as the proof: a booster station headed to Harrison, Idaho.

Our Approach

DMM Productions produced a flagship video that follows the Harrison station through seven stages: scoping, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality control and testing, delivery and install, and ongoing service.

  • One real project as the thread. The Harrison station anchors the story from the opening scene to the close.

  • Scripted delivery by the people who do the work. Team members from across USEMCO each speak on their own stage, with Sean Rezin opening and closing.

  • The full factory floor. We shot B-roll across USEMCO’s Tomah, Wisconsin facility: fabrication, robotic pipe cutting, welding, blasting, coating, the panel shop, and testing.

Results & Impact

The video gives Reiner Pump Systems and USEMCO a single asset they can use to:

  • Show engineers and municipalities the process behind a packaged station

  • Make the case for packaged systems in a region where field-built is the default

  • Keep the sales conversation going without a plant tour
